As the CEO of Weris App since November 2022 and FARES since July 2012, I have amassed extensive experience in leadership and business strategy, operating in a hybrid environment in El Salvador. My focus on transforming visions into tangible realities is bolstered by my degree in Communications from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, which has significantly enhanced communication and functionality across both companies. My philosophy of "dreaming awake, grounding entrepreneurship in reality" applies to all my endeavors and has been instrumental in driving both Weris App and FARES towards sustained success and ongoing growth. This commitment to innovation and excellence defines my journey as a business leader and entrepreneur.
