Javier Zelada
Co-founder of Dating
Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a specialization in Management from Escuela de Comunicaciones Mónica Herrera. He also has a specialization in Mindfulness and Organizational well-being from the George Washington School of Business and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (Executive MBA) with an official degree awarded in Panama by ADEN University, affiliated with Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya,, Spain.
After six years in the technology sector, where he served as Strategic Development Manager for a multinational company and developed business, innovation, and marketing strategies for partners like Google, Oracle, Dell Technologies, Xerox, and others at the local and regional levels, Javier co-founded Dating Corporation. This firm focuses on organizational growth through the power of data and innovation methodologies. Additionally, he is the founder of Nodos, a community facilitator that empowers communities through design methodologies such as Design Thinking. Javier is also a TEDx Speaker and a passionate advocate for innovation processes.
